Get Outside Day Activity Challenge Vlog

13th May 2019 by Sarah Leave a Comment

It has been long in the making, but finally the Get Outside Day Activity Challenge Vlog is here! If you have no idea what I am talking about, you can also check out the blog post here.

In short, Ordnance Survey host National Get Outside Day at the end of September. My friend Zoe, Splodz, is an OS Get Outside Champion and to celebrate the day came up with the activity challenge to see how many outdoor things we could fit into one weekend.

Get Outside Day Activity Challenge Vlog

Just to pre-warn you, this is not one of my best vlogs as I forgot to flog from time to time. It is a hard thing to remember when you’re having lots of fun! Besides, there are plenty of blog posts and vlogs between Zoe, Katy and I that you’ll get a whole from them all.

So much fun

We certainly had so much fun doing all of the activities – even the cold lido! I can’t wait for next year and I think the plan is to do something similar. So if you have an ideas of activities we should include, then pop them in the comments!

Hello wanderer!

Manchester based outdoor and travel writer UK

I’m a writer and urban explorer who’s written for Lonely Planet (England and Experience England). The Urban Wanderer is where I share slow travel, city walks, food, cats, and the everyday adventures found close to home. I believe the outdoors isn’t only in the countryside — it’s in the streets, parks, corners and communities we live in.

Come wander with me, one small discovery at a time.
